What does “labour-only” mean?
MoovMe provides the professional movers; you provide the truck, trailer or container. Our team loads, unloads, packs and handles the heavy lifting, so you only pay for the help you actually need.
Do I need to bring my own truck?
Yes — you rent a truck (or use your own trailer or container) and we do the moving. Not sure what size to rent? Try our truck size guide or tell us about your move and we’ll point you in the right direction.
What size truck should I rent?
It depends on how much you’re moving. As a rough guide: a 10′ truck for a studio or small 1-bedroom, 15′ for a 1-bedroom home or 2-bedroom apartment, 20′ for a 2-bedroom home or 3-bedroom apartment, and 26′ for a 3–4 bedroom home. Our truck size guide estimates it from your furniture and boxes in about two minutes.
How do I choose a package?
Our Essential, Smart, Plus and Premium packages cover 4, 6, 8 and 10 hours with a minimum of 2 movers. If your move is bigger or has special requirements, the Custom Move lets us tailor the time and team. Request a free quote and we’ll recommend the best fit.
Which areas do you serve?
We proudly serve the Waterloo Region, including Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and nearby communities. Moving a little further out? Send us your details and we’ll let you know.
Can you help with heavy or special items?
Tell us about pianos, safes, antiques or other special items when you request your quote and we’ll confirm how we can help. We also offer add-on protection for antique furniture.
Do you work weekends and holidays?
Yes. We move seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. Popular dates fill up quickly, so reach out early.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on the package or time you need and the number of movers. Send us your details for a free quote so you know what to expect before moving day.
How do I book?
Send us your date, location and basic details through the quote form (or call us). We’ll confirm the plan, recommend a package and organize everything for moving day.
